1. How do I get your template or service after purchase?
Pick the product and options that you are interested in and add it to the cart. Complete the order with our credit card processing merchant. Once the order is approved, you will get notification email, and a download link appears in your "Download area". This link is valid for only 72 hours.
Payments completed via PayPal usually process in a minutes. Payments completed via Google Checkout require from 30 minutes to a couple of hours to be processed.
2. Do you offer any Exclusive rights to any of the templates?
Yes, we do. Please select the template you like and contact us for exclusive prices.
We shall immediately remove it from sale and on receiving your payment we shall remove it from the data base and the template will never be sold again to anybody.
3. What is the difference between unique and non-unique purchase?
Non-unique purchase means that other people can buy the template you purchased after your purchase.
Unique purchases guarantee that you are the last person who buy this template. After an exclusive purchase occurs the template is permanently removed from the sales directory and is never available to other customers again. Only you and people who bought the template before you will own it.
4. What do I receive when I order a template?
You receive a .zip archive containing the complete X-Cart skin, which consists of a CSS style sheet file(s), .GIF and/or .JPG graphic files, a readme text file with installation guide, .TPL HTML templates.
5. I'm currently using 4.0.x or earlier version of X-Cart, will your X-Cart products work?

6. My order has already been processed, and a download link was sent, can I still return the product for a refund?

9. I have a highly/slightly customized version of X-Cart, are your templates compatible out-of-box?
No, since it is impossible to foresee every customization, only standard out-of-box X-Cart's are fully compatible.
10. Can I use any of the products on multiple domains?
As stated in the "Terms and conditions" all products are on a per-domain license. Software piracy is illegal, any domains found without a valid customer/order profile will be prosecuted by law.
11. I placed an order but was unable to receive my file?

12. What about template installation?
All our templates are designed namely for X-Cart, so normally you only have to upload received files by FTP to your store and unpack them, replacing all files with the same name. See the installation guide provided in the package. However if you unsure how to do it or afraid to spoil your installation please order installation service additionally.
Please note, that if you or a 3-d party has done any modifications to your X-Cart installation, most likely we won't be able to install any template. In this case no refunds are done and installation is not performed.
